Q: Where are you located?
A: 720 N. Sultana, Ontario, CA 91764. We are located south of the 10 Freeway and east of Euclid Ave. See the map below.
Q: Where do I park and how do I get into the building?
A: The entrance to our parking lot is off of G Street. It's a large lot, but don't worry about having to walk a long way. Once you park, walk toward Sultana. The entrance is close to the front of the sanctuary.
Q: How long is your worship service?
A: We begin at 10 am and usually are walking out the door by 11 am. We sometimes have lunches or other activities after the worship service. If you attend on a day when we have a special event, you are welcome to attend.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We don't stand on formality at Westminster.
Q: What is the worship service like?
A: Our services are primarily traditional, but not even a little bit stuffy. We sing hymns. We sing songs. We pray prayers. We read Bible passages. We listen to a message from the pastor, and you are welcome to participate as much or as little suits you.
Q: I have some physical challenges. Do I have to stand up a lot?
A: There are portions of the worship service where you will be invited to stand, but you are not required to stand. Whatever works for you works for us.
Q: I can't sing. At all. Do I have to sing when everybody else sings?
A: We sing in church as a joyful response to God's love. If you don't like to sing, then you're probably not going to feel joyful about if you try (especially if you feel like's a requirement). Singing is absolutely and completely voluntary. If you don't think you're a good singer, you can still be a good listener. Like we said in the answer to the last question, whatever works for you works for us.
Q: Do I have to be a Presbyterian to worship with you?
A: Absolutely not. We welcome everyone to our worship services. Whether you have gone to church all of your life or you are in church for the very first time, we are very happy to have you join us.
Q: Do you serve Communion? Do I have to be a member of Westminster to take Communion?
We serve Communion on certain special days on the church calendar and then about once a month on regular Sundays. You do not have to be a member of Westminster to join us in Communion. You will be quite welcome regardless.
Q: Can I bring my pet to church?
A: We welcome qualified service animals, but we have to be conscious of the reality that some folks have animal allergies. So, we'd strongly prefer you not to bring your pet.
